NC Slurry Separator

• The NC system is both simple and efficient, producing valuable fibre for composting and nutrient rich fibre free liquid ready for application onto the land. 
   
• The NC Separator uses a unique roller system to produce several valuable end-products.
• Liquid slurry is pumped to the Separator weir box, and then it flows onto the first perforated screen where the separating process begins.
• The liquid slurry is slowly brushed the full length of the screen to remove most of the liquid before entering the second chamber.

• Here the remaining fibre is pressed and brushed the full length of the screen again to ensure the maximum amount of liquid removal.

• The separated liquid flows to a separate storage tank or with an NC fully automatic system, pumps directly to an NC Pulse-Jet for super low rate application onto the land.
