Aeration

The Aeromixer is a diverse and low cost effective way to run tanks and underground cellars.  Available in single phase and 3 phase.

Low-rate intermittent slurry aeration is considered to be one of the best ways of keeping slurry in optimum condition for spreading without the need for extensive mixing with traditional over-the-top mixers and side-stirrers.

Compressed air is injected into the slurry in defined areas, one area at a time, via non-return valves. The action of the bubble rising to the surface physically agitates the slurry and allows oxygen to be introduced by diffusion, both from the bubbles and from the atmosphere at the constantly changing slurry surface.

Many farmers have reported quicker regrowth of grass and increased palatability after spreading with slurry which has been conditioned by using the Aeromixer.
